    IMPORTANT - YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION!

    FRATERNITY APPLICANTS:
    Fraternity application must be submitted online by September 12, 2011.

    Please note that the minimum GPA required by any IFC group on the UL Lafayette campus for a high school and a college student is a 2.2. However, some groups have higher GPA requirements. Potential new members must understand the strong emphasis placed by the individual chapters regarding academics. The GPA requirements of those chapters are listed on the UL Greeks website.

    You must inform the Office of Greek Affairs if you anticipate any conflicts with the Recruitment Week Schedule in order to determine if there is a way to work around the conflicts.

    ACADEMIC RECORD RELEASE: I understand that in order to apply for recruitment, I must be registered as a full-time student for the Fall 2011 semester at UL Lafayette. I also give permission for the Office of Greek Affairs to verify my grades with the UL Lafayette Admissions Office.
